Michelle`s and Mike`s Wedding

Two weeks ago I photographed Michelle`s and Mike`s beautiful wedding. Over the last few years, I have photographed both of Mike`s sisters` weddings, as well as Mike`s and Michelle`s engagement session. Mike and Michelle are absolutely amazing – they are warm and friendly, open to new ideas and are genuinely happy and in love with each other. I had a blast photographing their wedding and their amazing “trash-the-dress” session the day after. I will post the photos from the TTD session in a few days once I`m done editing them. Meanwhile, here are photos from Michelle`s and Mike`s special day. The 80s are back

My wife and I found an awsome 80s-style prom dress at a local Salvation Army store and decided to get it for my sister Olga. I called Olga and told her that we have a present for her. She stopped by with her boyfriend Roger and thought that the dress was hilarious. Olga tried it on right away and she and Roger staged some prom pictures. I tried my best to create horrible-looking shadows and blown highlights to make them look just like the photos your mom took with her point-and-shoot. Since we did not have a corsage, so we used my daughter`s toy.
