I could not get a good angle trying to photograph Ken`s and Jess` wedding party on a bridge at the North Side Park, so I waded into the pond under the bridge. On the upside, I got some really great shots. On the downside, I had to photograph the entire reception wearing wet pants.

A trip to Ohiopyle with my family
Today I took a trip to Ohiopyle with my family. In a way, it was an experiment. We have been having a hard time traveling with Daniella, and we wanted to see if she could survive 3 hours in the car and another 2-3 hours on the trail. She passed with flying colors!

My favorite wedding moments
My favorite part of any wedding is the couple`s first dance. As a photographer, I see the first dance as a perfect opportunity to capture a multitude of expressions and emotions that are usually impossible to catch during a church ceremony. As a human being, I love the first dance as a moment where it`s just the newlyweds, just the two of them on the dance floor and nothing and no one else matter.
